Dictation: A Golden Key
A monkey and a donkey were in a barley
crop when they discovered a golden key.
The monkey reflected on whether the key was for a chest or a bank
vault. The monkey and the donkey were
about to try both locks when a turkey appeared.
The turkey explained that the key opened the golden gate to the valley
of honey. Upon entering the golden gate,
all three spent their day eating honey.

Easter Poems
Five Brown Eggs
Five brown eggs in a nest of hay,
One yellow chick popped out to play.
Four brown eggs in a nest of hay,
Another yellow chick cheep-cheeped Good day.
Three brown eggs in a nest of hay,
Crack went another one, Hip hooray.
Two brown eggs in a nest of hay,
One more chick pecked his shell away.
One brown egg in a nest of hay,
The last yellow chick popped out to say, Happy Easter!
I got a chocolate rabbit
For an Easter treat,
A great big chocolate rabbit,
Good enough to eat.
So I ate his ears on Sunday,
his nose I finished Monday,
Tuesday I nibbled on his feet.
I ate his tail on Wednesday,
Thursday I kept on,
By Friday he was going,
Saturday he was gone.
Oh, I loved that chocolate rabbit,
From the moment that he came,
And if I get another one,
I'll love him just the same.
Easter Bunny Hugs And Kisses
That cute little bunny has hopped all day,
delivering baskets for the holiday.
His paws are so tired and his nose how it itches,
He left you something special to fulfill all your wishes-
Lots of cute little Easter bunny hugs and kisses.
The tiny bunny
Is working all day long
Decorating Easter eggs
While humming a song
He is having so much fun
Making eggs for you and me
And small chocolate bunnies
That he gives away free
But when he is finished
He'll bring them your way
In a big coloured basket
Upon Easter day
Easter is coming,
Spring is on its way
Hens getting ready
For eggs to lay
Flowers all growing,
Bright and tall
Little lambs born,
Fluffy and small
A time for hope
And a time for prayer
New beginnings
And warmer air
The Easter bunny
And chocolate treats
Egg rolling, hunts
And lots of sweets!
Bunnies
Bunnies are brown
Bunnies are white
Bunnies are always
An Easter delight.
Bunnies are cuddly
The large and the small.
But I like chocolate ones
The best of all.

Moon
A moon is a round rocky object that
orbits a planet. Earth has one moon that
takes 29 days to orbit. It also takes 29
days for the moon to rotate once. This
means that we only see the one side of it at any time. The only way we can see the moon is when the
sun shines on it. There are 8 phases of
the moon. A phase describes the changing
shape of the moon that we see. It starts
with a new moon where we cannot see any part of the moon lit up. It is between the sun and Earth. As more of the moon can be seen it is called
waxing, then as less of the moon can be seen, it is known as waning. When the moon is more than half-lit is called
a gibbous moon. When the moon is less
than half lit is called a crescent moon.
The full moon is when the Earth is between the sun and moon. The tides are the rise and fall of the
ocean. They are made from the
gravitational pull of the moon and sun on the Earth. A lunar eclipse is caused when the moon
passes through the shadow of the Earth.
It can last up to half an hour.
the alien drove- super sentence
On the dark side of the moon, the
spotted, blue aliens drove recklessly over the craters to see the satellite
orbiting around Earth.

8- A Stable Fire out of Control
An old fable was set in a stable. There was a lit candle placed in the middle
of a wooden table in that wooden stable.
The stable had no living thing in it.
Suddenly, the ground began to tremble and the candle toppled over. The candle tumbled over and a raging fire
took hold of the wooden stable. The
burnt stable tumbled to the ground. The
moral of the fable is to not leave fire unattended.

The Grand Raffle
A
grandfather and his grandson entered a raffle.
The grandfather was baffled when he saw the prizes. First prize in the raffle was a rifle and
second prize was some trifle. His
grandson really wanted to win the rifle.
The boy’s grandfather was glad however that this did not occur and that
his grandson won the trifle instead.
